Confirmation of booking a Private Charter will be given with a 20% deposit of the quoted price.

Cancellation of booking within 2 weeks of date will forfeit the deposit.

Change of date can be done outside of 2 weeks with no loss of deposit, if an alternate date is made within 6 Months.

The operator reserves the right to:
• Substitute the vessel if needed.
• Alter the voyage details if the conditions are unsuitable for wharf pick up or drop off.
• Postpone or cancel the charter if need be, in which case either an alternate date can be arranged or a full refund of deposit can be made.

Any damage done to the vessel by passengers, will be paid for by the hirer.
